While the mixture is chilling you can now stir together the whipping cream and vanilla, and then add the mixture once it has had time to chill, around 10 to 15 minutes. After the icing has cooled, you can frost your Orchid Hawaiian Wedding Cake.

This recipe is for a large sheet cake; however, you can change the recipe around a bit and create your own layered cake. If you choose coconut flavoring, instead of juice, you can also garnish with coconut to create a very stunning wedding cake.

Now, to finish off your Orchid Hawaiian Wedding Cake, purchase silk orchids to decorate the sides of your cake. You may choose to have orchids created with pink and white frosting to adorn the sides and even the top of your cake. This authentic Orchid Hawaiian Wedding cake will be both beautiful to see and delectable to eat. Once again, the coconut can be colored with food coloring if you desire pink, purple, or a color for contrast with your chosen color for your orchids.
